Diagnosed mentalcel makes life basically impossible if you have sub-7 looks. That being said it also depends on what kind of mentalcel cause a lot of things like depression, anxiety, ptsd, etc are curable if you get a therapist. (yes I know the meme, but in this case it's true) It's only the diagnosed, irreversible mentalcels who really count.
