I think confidence (lack of anxiety) comes with age but also by seeing the other person as just another flawed person like you regardless of who they are and their status.

I've started to see past viewing women as inferior, It makes no sense because I'm not better than them. I'm slower than most people, and lack actual life experience and common sense that other foids and people have. Not to mention I've never achieved much compared to anymore.
