I will admit that my dopamine receptors are probably fried due to excessive porn and masturbation, video games, music, weed and alcohol. I am NEET I beat my meat every day sometimes twice a day the rest of the day im gaming and listening to music. I smoke around .5 to 1 gram of weed a day and drink every day. Heres what im going to do to get my brain chemicals back to normal
1. Meditation 20-30 mins a day
2. quiting all drugs including caffeine
3. lift weights/exercise for at least 1 hour a day
4. no fap hard mode
5. only listen to music while gaming
6. go outside for at least 2 hours a day
this is my plan for the next week over the next few weeks Im going to add some more stuff and remove some stuff, for example next week im going to allow myself caffeine but increase meditation time and maybe add a restriction to how many hours a day I can play games. hopefully this can cure my depression and lift me out of inceldom one step closer to becoming a NT normie. Wish me luck
