Where I live the vast majority of people are soy atheist liberals. I was telling some of the soy atheists about simulated universes, and how with that reincarnation and many other religious ideas are possible.

The atheists said they know with certainty that our world is 'real' and not a simulated universe. So I said ok why are you so certain. They couldn't give me an answer for that, they just said 'they know'. I then asked about all the strange coincidences and 'glitches in the Matrix' people see. I was saying it does make me think we are in a simulation, although I can't rule out that they are random. The atheists all said they know with certainty those are all actually just coincidences and random, and not part of some simulation.

Ok, so I said this is a religious belief you have, based on faith in atheism. But that is where they get butthurt and defensive and say no atheism is based on science.

Hard agree. Even from a logical standpoint, if you don’t agree with belief in God, agnosticism would make more sense. Atheism is belief in disbelief. It doesn’t help 99% of them are soyboys, like you mentioned, and morally reprehensible

Funny enough, this doesn’t apply among Christians in America. More educated Christians are actually more religious than less educated ones.

There can never be truth or a reality. Everything humans believe in or think to be truth is based on their idea of the world and reality. Atheism is a belief just like any other religions. We can never know for certainty what is the true reality. Atheists think that just because science exists, there can be no god or simulation or spiritual reality.
