Since im a NEET i have no daily routine anymore and i usually go to sleep at 4-5 am

I like to sleep around midnight, give or take one hour 
midnight
early morning usually in the summer, it’s a bit later now though at 4:13AM
It's fluctuates, I have a hard time keeping a consistent sleep pattern.
5-9am
I am a NEET aswell, I usually just stay up until I'm completely tired
Usually between Midnight and 10:00AM though. I hate being awake in the morning.
Same but more like 6-8 AM for me

i go to sleep whenever i am tired could be midnight could be the afternoon

In my unemployment stretches I'd stay up all night on Discord or gaming, sleep at 7 or 8am and sleep until 2pm. It was really depressing at times, especially in the fall for some reason. I felt so awful and depressed waking up, seeing the leaves and the sunlight outside, knowing I not only wasted away half of the day but that I was still alone, still unemployed, still broke and was going to just repeat the cycle again
