At what point are you a volcel and not an incel?

At what point would having standards make you a voluntary celibate instead of an involuntary celibate
This guy I'm friends with complains about being "forever alone" and being a virgin but he gets matches on tinder and has had females ask him to have sex, it really bothers me but he says they're too unattractive for him or they have too many mental issues, though they don't seem unfuckable in my eyes, plenty of 5's, and it pisses me off that he complains TO ME about it all the damn time, someone who dosen't get shit
But it got me wondering, does drawing a line somewhere make you an volcel? Where would the line be?
I don't feel I have real standards but if hypothetically if some total cunt with the most extreme set of awful features you could think of who smelled strongly like a rotting bear carcass and sounded exactly like Gilbert Godfrey, offered to have sex with me, I'd have to decline

Everyone is volcel to a certain degree. There is no strict definition for placing someone in one box or the other. What matters is if you're blackpilled or not.

But from my take, anyone who's too good looking to be incel shouldn't be here. However, you can be incel and volcel simultaneously. Incel because of your bad looks and physical qualities, volcel because you refuse to be a cuck and maintain your dignity.

If you're looking for a definition, I'd say it's if you can do something about your inceldom, for example cucktears advice would work for you: good hygiene, not fat, haircut or if you have an opportunity with a female, even if it's not explicit. In that case, you not following up on a girl showing interest in you would make you volcel, but I think there are still some standards most of us have, like the girl not being a landwhale or shit they can change. Not that they would be interested in us anyway because of Juggernaut law.
