I remember once there was a rumor going around that this incel-looking guy still hadn't kissed anyone at 14. Almost every class when the teacher wasn't there, someone would bring it up and everyone would start laughing. It was supposed to be a harmless joke (apparently lol) but a joke has to come from somewhere. People really did find it funny that he hadn't French kissed anyone at 14. This was 5 years ago...

Well pretty sure at around 16 people think you're a loser for not kissing but it doesn't boggle their mind. Around 18/end of hs is when people freak out if you're kissless. Depends on how strongly you meant "weird".

Around 12 around here. By the time you hit teenage years and if anyone found out you never kissed someone, you will get teased every single day.
