Well working just allows you to be self sufficient. Most people don’t have the privilege of being NEET and must work whereas we have the privilege of kind ethnic/suburban parents and/or NEETbux. But even those can run out. It’s not even about self improvement, ascending or even getting a better life considering majority of jobs in the UK or anywhere non-US are shit pay and you’ll still be incel.

You could probably get an agency janitor job with ease. Even I managed to get opportunities (got cucked by uni schedule despite barely attending aka I’m retarded). It’s not part time though. Warehouse teaching assistant and care positions exist, also any min wage job that requires driving. You can also try to look for courses or something to secure a more stable/comfy job.
