Do you believe foids are evil the second they are born? I don't necessarily think so. Their nature itself may be evil but I think most of the time it's dormant until they start hitting puberty.

Once puberty hits, their Chad and status obsession begins to develop and their sadistic nature starts to outwardly show. I think a lot of really little girls are in fact capable of love, a trait which quickly diminishes once they get overinflated narcissistic egos and begin lusting over Chad. If you ask a lot of little girls why they love their parents or friends or whatever, a lot of the time it's "just because", it's truly unconditional.

Grown foids, however, lack this ability to unconditionally love someone. The only exception would be maybe their own offspring, but nobody else really. If a grown foid "loves" someone, it's nearly always because that person provides something for her. A foid "loves" her boyfriend but on the condition that he is Chad and is willing to spend money on her. If he loses his job and can't afford her consumerist superficial lifestyle anymore, she ditches him for someone else. That's not love, that just her displaying her leechful sociopathic nature.

The question now really is: Are foids actually born like this? Do toddler and little kid foids have the same evil and cruel nature that grown foids do? If not, when does it start?

Think back to your earliest childhood memories. Who told lies? Who always had the attention of parents and peers? Who got the pass to act cruelly and enforce arbitrary social standards? Women.
Think of any young females you might be related to. They literally cause more pain and misery for their mom during pregnancy and then have more frequent out bursts of rage and crying as infants. That's crazy but not surprising. Kids were EVIL back in my time too (late 1980s, early 1990s), even 5th graders, and even at my private school.

Honestly though, the girls were crueler to other girls than they were to the boys, at least until about 7th grade (puberty/sex-drive starting).
