If you're a gymcel, plz eat a higher carb... lower fat diet. I used to be a dirty bulkening powerliftercel who wouldn't be conscientious of his macro intake at all, still am a powerliftercel but ever since I started eating like a natural bodybuilder (prioritizing carbs over fats), I've noticed my body composition and energy/strength in the gym improving a shit ton, even on a cut. During the initial phases of my cut, I was eating upwards of 500 grams of carbs, sometimes drinking syrup to hit the macro target. Now my fats are down to 55 and carbs are at around 400. Prioritize carbs, this is what a lot of powerliftercels are missing out on. Stop gorging on donuts with high fat content, I guarantee they don't fit into your macros unless your metabolism is super fucking high. You don't have to eat entirely clean tho, sugary kids cereals are loaded with carbs and have very low fat content, same with pancakes w/syrup (as long as you don't add butter or oil or milk). After a while you'll stop craving high fat junk too. Dr.Mike Israetel and Alan Aragon say to prioritize the 3 C's for performance, Carbs, Fats and Creatine. Also take it from Sean Nogeira who's been working with Alberto Nunez as he gets ready to dominate at nationals srs.
