40's & 50's are the prime of life for a man tbh.
Don't succumb to the female midset, that life is good when you're young and "pretty", then slows down to a miserable halt as you age.
For a man life will speed up as long as he keeps putting in effort, maintaining strength and moving forward. You will not go bald or experience any other sort of nasty physical deterioration if you simply take care of yourself - but doing that takes a lot of directed effort in todays chemical enviornment.
There are 70 year old farmers who have the strength, energy and endurance of 30 year old men from baling hay all day everyday. There are other 70 year olds who fight their way into public office positions with all the fire, bark and vivacity of a teenage boy. Many successful men in high positions are not young 20 and 30 year old, but ripe 60 and 70 year old enjoying the best years of their lives.
This actually goes for women aswell as men. Infact, I actually find that well-kept older woman are often more attractive than even the freshest teenagers. There's just something about the ageing process that is so
ripening.
