Unlike Asians who frequent this site, these Asians fully embrace Modern Western Culture. They dress like thugs, talk like thugs, have tattoos, and they seem like utter scum who any decent person would hate to be around. They probably also have some genetic predisposition towards thuggishness.

I think you are getting the causality relationship wrong.
It's not that people decide to become "thuggish", people with higher testosterone and lower IQ tend to behave in such way, and women are not necessarily attracted to the behaviour, but to the signs of high t.
So Asians that have more t, will act thuggish and get more women, but not because they act as thugs.
