when i used to do MMA back in the early days around 2007-2008, i used to hate grappling/sparring with the tallfags.
taller athletes always have an advantage even with the same weight class.
the dude that he fought in this video, I'm his same height at 5'6 but I'm actually heavier since I got more fat.

I kinda wanna get back into it to kick some fckin ass again.
even just hitting the bag all day is a good release and great workout.
