Ashkenazi's are almost indistinguishable from every other type of white, so that's what I consider them as, I've seen pictures of sephardic jews though, and they look middle eastern.
They're the "God's Chosen People" race.
They look pretty white to me.

They may have white skin but I think it's white due to a genetic defect since they're all inbred.

I assume a lot of Ashkenazis mix with Europeans of whatever nation plays host to them.
