I've never considered ascending with a retarded foid until today. I work a shitty part time retail job and a retarded foid came in with her mom. She was sooo cute. Her demeanor was innocent and pure. She's likely untouched by chad.

Not sure if retarded is really the right term to describe her, but she seemed to have some kind of mental disability. She could form simple sentences but needed guidance from her mom.

I don't know how to approach this situation as an ugly man though? I feel like there's no way parents would let an ugly subhuman male near their retarded daughter.

her parents are probably old so they won't really be having a ton of look standards for her. they will be trying to find a husband for the girl because they know that if they died one day, no one will take care of her. they might be willing to let an ugly guy betabuxx her.
try talking to her father and maybe he will let you interact with her. build a strong relationship with the family and you will be one of them sooner or later.
