Actually the reason why I rarely got sick when I used to go outiside everyday was the fact that I dressed appropriately, normietards get sick often because they wanna act tuff being underdressed, with like only a t-shirt and 5 degrees or something.
The immune system either way gets trained gradually to go back again to its maximum potential.
