Interviews are terrible because usually some random woman from HR is the one who is interviewing you, one who doesn't know shit about the actual job. I was pretty lucky at my past interview because my would be boss was there along with the woman who was just there to interview me. Was able to speak freely about technical stuff, and the typical bullshit interview questions she asked were just getting in the way.

Without having anyone there to actually understand the job the whole process feels forced and artificial. They basically always accept Chad because everyone reacts positively to Chad.

I have sperged out at every job interview I ever had. I hate the whole process. Even worse my last interview was with 3 people interviewing me, some oldcel fag and 2 really hot mid 30s women. man it was horrible lol (no i didnt get the job)

I was unemployed so long after highschool / community drop out, it took me about 30 interviews to get min wage work. not even joking. bombed everyone of em.
i ended up having to work at a goodwill. that totally fucked me up from advancing and caused some major depression in my life.  some good came from it from looting the place(got every old game system!) but overall the place is a sweat shop and takes advantage of people that can't find real work.

after a while a new boss came in and fucked with everyone. i ended up getting drug test every month. some co workers were coming up to me saying the boss thinks im on drugs too. also new employee's were being asked questions during their interviews saying if you seen employees doing drugs in the parking lot, would you report it. realized the whole place was very crooked after that so had to get out.


went on hardcore interviews over  a year and half.  ended up going on about 60 min wage interviews. every time goodwill came up they pretty much thought i had full blown retardation. i also was pretty depressed and didn't want to work full time but really couldn't work under 20 hours either. hated most the jobs i was applying for. but needed something to get out of my current place so i could get above retard level in the hiring range. ended up getting a cleaning gig at a big company. i went in thinking i wasnt going to get the job and fucked up the interview. she walked me through some of the questions too lol. but i ended up getting it because hr hires out side of the interview room. slipped through the cracks there.
