I'd say that the pretty boys have an advantage of being able to work out and get big. Those changes would certainly alter the contours of the face and improve their attractiveness. On the other hand, ogrecels can do this as well but since their face is already not as good looking, the results, in my opinion, wouldn't be as prominent.
