as others have stated it is typical female behavior to lash out and be physical
My personal story: I wouldn't say this was bullying per se but I did get physically assaulted. In 6th grade there was this girl that was a tomboy goth. She would pick fights with all the boys to prove she was tough. Obviously no boys wanted to fight a girl and she would claim they were "pussy" when they chicken out so would declare herself the victor. During lunch we would have this thing where we would just shit on each other after eating. So we would gather in a circle and sort of just rap battle each other. Typical female couldn't let the boys have fun on their own so she entered the circle and started just talking trash to everyone. I started talking trash back and made her angry. She walked up to me and I honestly thought she was going to shake my hand or hug me or something but instead she kicked me in the balls as hard as she could with her fucking goth pumps. In all our "rap battles" none of the boys ever got physical. We just all knew we were shit talking. My Science teacher was there watching and didn't do a god damn thing (he was a boomer but was sort of fascinated by our rap battles. he would be close by and said it was because he needed to be close by to make sure us boys don't go "crazy" but in truth i think he found it humorous to listen). I was on the floor for a good 10 minutes just squirming while two teachers just watched and didn't do shit.

funny enough i think she was just going through a phase. in high school she became fucking gorgeous. we went to different high schools but she was dating a girl on the track team at my school so we would see her at dances and shit like that. one of those rare good looking muff eaters
This is why you should always carry pepper spray or a taser when outside. You never know when you will need it
