I've seen plenty of Muslim ones that are European passing too, there was an Algerian kid back in High School with blond hair and blue eyes and a Lebanese kid with the same eye and hair combination. I think the Lebanese guy was half Arab though but he still looked white and you couldn't tell one of his parents weren't from Europe.
