How do you mesasure your wrist exactly?
Rope (not rope like a big rope but more like a string or one of those things you sew with), then cut it so it wont be too big (easier to measure). Then use it to measure circumferance, squeeze tight, but not to the point its dumb. Then carefully grab it in the point the rope touched one another (its hard to describe but im sure you understand) and then measure the lenght of rope (that was around your wrist) with ruler. I did a couple times to make sure its accurate. I hope my explanation makes sense, its kinda weird to explain.
If you have taylors tool for measuring circumference you can use it instead and it will be better tbh.
