6’0” seems to be the minimum height that non-deformed men reach in the Western world. I’m 5’10”, but I also have health issues and I look proportionally strange.

There’s plenty of men shorter than me, but they look strange or developmentally stunted. They typically have weird proportions, stubby arms, boyish appearances, short spines, etc. Shorter men seem to struggle more with facial hair (I can grow none).

A normal man has a shoe size of at least US 10, a pant size around 32in to 34in length. His arms are similar in length to his height. He can wear a medium-large shirt with the bottom barely hanging below his waistline. At least, men who fit this look normal.
