Yes I know he was hyperbolic with his pop culture quoting but in his own manifesto he wanted Three phases.

One to kill his Brother and step-mother Soumya and steal his Dad's SUV. (Didn't happen cause his father stayed home for the weekend)

Two make his own into a Torture chamber in which he would lure popular people into them. (his roommates made a big mess of blood and he abandoned the idea of the torture chamber)

Three, his rampage was planned to be much longer including burning the alpha phi sorority house and then going on a shooting spree.
Dumping the heads of his tortured victims and then killing himself. (He knocked on the FUCKING DOOR TO IT FOR MINUTES AND DIDN'T EVEN SHOOT A FUCKING WINDOW OR LOCK TO GET IN. Absolute low iq E.R. instead opting to shoot whoever walked by)

No one approached him so he assumed all the girls rejected him because he never once approached a girl (caused by his fear of them during middle school after getting bullied and teased for acting weird and annoying).

He held himself in an unrealistic high standard in Isla Vista, that he would never obtain. Wanting only blonde pretty girls, he did find other girls attractive but wanted blondes mainly (for some reason).

Yeah where exactly? He did spill coffee over a young couple and the other time he tried to get girls but instead got drunk and got in a fight for trying to push people off a ledge.
