The setup is almost similar to Joker, where you have a lower class goblina having an affair with a gigaChad producing a bastard son-- only things turned out awesome for the bastard as he inherited Arnie genes. If you are jacked and tall enough you don't need to feel like the soggy scraps of a Chad hanging on for dear life-- which is what he is objectively. If anything those Kennedy genes-- although superior in face, steer progeny toward a spoiled upbringing where you don't have to prove yourself.
But Arnie's bastard is shining proof of how fucking important Chad sperm is. The day Arnie got irrationally horny enough to fuck the goblina housekeeper and then pretend like it never happened for 8 years was the BEST DAY OF HER LIFE.
No other man's sperm could have magically transformed a goblina's life by producing an objectively genetically superior child that radiates life. It's also another example of how sometimes an ugly parent + attractive parent produces better looking kids than two attractive looking parents which tend to create kids that either look too boring or just end up being incredibly spoiled.
