Eyes: dark brown? I'd say no. If you have dark brown eyes you have Asian/African/Middle Eastern genes. Southern Europeans commonly have those because they do have those genes, just look at DNA test results from your average Portuguese or Italian. Light brown= yes.
For instance, people here always use Chico as an example of pure white with brown eyes or as an example that eye color doesn't matter, but Chico has light brown eyes.

As someone else mentioned, it has a lot to do with your features.. There's a reason southern med guys are VERY popular in Scandinavia/the uk and Germany but even white passing (pale with coloring in hair/eye regions) arabs arent.
