I got my escape plans. Problem is, things could go to shit faster than I might be able to deal with. Once the first nuke lands, markets are likely to tank and panic will set in. Getting out of cities could be a challenge, since everyone is going to fear their city could be a target.

Meh, a little bit I guess, we're already as prepared as realistically possible for living in a suburban area. Dad as a rifle and a garden, I made a bug-out bag several years ago. We have small stockpile of dry foods. We have a gasoline power generator, and I've been trying to convince my parents to install solar panels on the roof and a battery so we can have an independent energy supply, especially since we seem to get a power outage whenever we have strong winds because shit Burgerland infrastructure.
Otherwise I feel like there isn't much else to do aside from moving out into the boonies, which I'm not really willing to do unless I know ahead of time shit's going to hit the fan within a few months. Aside from power I guess I could learn some first aid knowledge if I cared enough
