This makes me look much shorter than I actually am.

Do an exercise like dumbbell bench press to stretch out the chest muscles and do pull ups and rows to strengthen back muscles. I fixed my hunched posture like this

I'm a weakcel, I can't work out or it fucks my entire day.

I was the same way. Ease into it and don’t go crazy. I only do gym one to two days a week now due to often doing physical work. Just doing the specific exercises I said can help your posture.

One of the rare instances on which my mom did something to help me. She hit my back whenever I would enter a hunched position. Actually helped and now I have a super straight back.

I force myself to stand straight and sit straight because I was becoming too hunched

Yeah i have a bad posture. Every fucking thing is involuntary. There is no control, no free will. I didn't choose to be like this. The mf with good posture didn't earned it. It's easy for them to be normal.

Yes, it's painful when I try to straighten my back aswell.

Hunchback is pretty easily fixed with some exercises.

It works until you're under 18, then your spine stays in place for the rest of your life.
The most important thing is adolescence from 14 to 18, when you have to strengthen your back muscles and maintain your posture, if you are over 18, then it's over for you. I myself constantly wore a corset on my back until I was a teenager, as I had minor kyphosis (40 degrees was and still is now, when I'm 23), I was forced to wear a corset on my back and go swimming and do a set of exercises on my spine.

Trust me, I went to the vertebrologist every year and had an X-ray done so as not to further aggravate my curvature. It makes sense to exercise, go to the pool, and wear a corset only from the age of 14 to 18. If you are over 18, you can only be corrected by surgery, where some bolts are placed in your spine.

I guess I will have to live my life hunchbacked, I don't want to spend money in a risky surgery.
