I walk the block to keep up my fitness but I'm going to be gymcelling in the future. That means more time inside and less time doing pointless exercise. Yay!

When i started gymcel i was nervous abt how others would look at me or interfere...but the good thing about gym is that most people keep to theirselves.

I minimize eyecontact and just focus on exercise. I see incels here sometimes mentioning talking with or staring at women...but thats fucking pointless. These femoids are also only there to exercise. Anyway good luck m8

I'm not doing it for anybody but myself. If you do it for foids or some attention you won't stay on with the journey. It's a journey and hopefully something that can help me forget about my own life problems.

Also I have already lifted weights in the past and know my current limitations, etc. I won't need some brute to help me out but I won't be rude to him either. I'll just explain I know what I can lift and what to do.

I can only afford to NEET the summer basically LDARing like a hikkikomori or my mom will kick me out if don’t go back to school or wagecuck. I wish this stuff could be talked about in the west. I’m sure there are plenty of hikkikomori that live in the West but the concept seems just as foreign to those societies as the concept of incels.
