For most countries i would agree with this. But i live in a filthy rich social-democratic utopia, which has decided to pay me 1.7k monthly while i get treatment for my mental disorders. Going to treatment is legitimately the only condition I have to meet in order to cash in. In 2019 i'll have to continue my studies, but hopefully by then i'll be in a better state of mind.
