If you fail time and time again, then you should change your strategy. It's okay to give up and not change, but this is for those who DO want to change.
Consider cigarettemaxxing. How often do you see fat people smoke cigarettes? They don't. Plenty of fats and women vape and smoke weed. By abusing cigarettes, you guys will fap less, eat less, and enjoy your day a little more. If you do it right, you won't want to fap because you'll have less time to. Your dopamine deficiency from early nofap will also be curved by the dopaminergic effects of nicotine. You will also eat less because smoking decreases appetite.
Cigarettes are by far the best way to consume tobacco, but consider pipe smoke too (only if you feel chuddy). You can mix in coffee and tea for an added effect of focus and concentration. This is actually important because it gives you the energy you need to stay busy, which will keep you away from your worse addictions.
I'm not trying to grift, I just think that this marginally helped me change addictions. I read about goonclown, wanted to change, and this is the best solution I came up with. Nowadays, I rarely smoke (once a week max) and I am finally at a healthy BMI.
