buccal fat is a bad joke. you have the same amount of soft tissue like everybody else. when you have no bone the area this soft tissue is spread over is a lot smaller. thats why you have puffy cheeks. look at all the fat guys with visible bones in their face.

I guess that's right. The lack of cheekbones and jaw width makes me look baby faced then. Actually I'm more of a horse faced guy but I still look 14 for some reason.
