If you are a manlet, Big nose, Bad jaw. You can claim inceldom. Although theoretically you could fix all of these with very expensive surgery. So are you an actual incel?

Surgery isn't the silver bullet that many think it is, so yes

Yes unless you are like an millionaire already

Well obviously it's not so black and white.

Of course. Also, surgery can go wrong.

And those surgeries are expensive, especially when you're going to a reputable doctor. Even if you managed to save up all the money to afford them, it will probably be too late by then. Your teens and early 20s will be a distant memory. You will never make up for the lost time. And chances are, you will be facing other issues like aging and ill health.

If you're still KHHV-tier Incel past 21 then all of the mental preparation you would have gotten from your teen years is not present, so even if you did bag a foid they'd get bored and leave.

If I could get Tom Cruise's eyes, and have the BEAUTIFUL white-skin like our Whitecels, then no.

no surgery for your genetics brah, your kids are gonna be deformed and sub3

I am an avid K-pop fan so I've seen many faces with plastic surgery. What I can say is that in most cases, I estimate 80% of the time, the plastic surgery doesn't make them more attractive to me, subjectively. They will fit the standards of beauty more, but when it comes to true attractiveness, I still find them as attractive as before. Some however do have plastic surgeries that make them look more attractive to me. I call these successful ones a "yes", but they're like a small 20% of the time.
