I make shitty electronic beats on my computer.
My mom found pics I had drawn and took them to my shrink who told her that it was best I express myself on paper then my skin. So she went out and bought a shit load of canvas, paper, clay and other various supplies. My room has turn into a macabre collection of my art. I'll paint, draw and occasionally sculpt if I'm not stuck in a ldar phase.

I was thinking just now how this blond guy in my school asked me "tell me one thing you're good at?" This was in matric with the nearby matric final exams. i asked him "make me laugh" then he looked down while sitting on the chair then i laughed to kill the tension then he said " he laughed" i felt like a idiot as usual. I'm a failed artist. I spent a decade dedicated to art, but I didn't have the talent to ever become competent. Now I've shifted my studies to music, and surprise surprise I'm failing at that too. I've been practicing guitar and taking lessons for 7 years, and I still cannot play a song.

Same. After years of practice, I've been told I write good prose and have a decent grasp on story structure. The content of my writing, however, is unmarketable, and I can't bring myself to write to market while maintaining a certain standard of quality (because the pay is crap and the market is drenched in soy), so it's over for me as a writer.
Violinist. Been playing since I was pretty small. Used to improv shit when I could manage to get my lazy ass out of bed. It was total shit, ngl, but it was nice to do.
Took acting classes for 3 years, when I cared less about everything and was low inhib. I don't know if I could do it today, feels like I regressed in that sense.

I used to play an instrument but I didn't pick the music choice for that reason. Even if all was good when I was reading the sheet, I was never really able to create correct stuffs all by myself.

Thing is I like to write about medieval and fantasy type stuff, but the audience for that is largely extremely liberal and hates anything that doesn't have enough black midget tranny comic reliefs or sassy lesbian tomgirl protagonists. Just look at the fantasy fiction that gets published nowadays if you think I'm exaggerating. People who are more alt-right/fash aren't big on genre fiction, so I don't have an audience that my ideas would resonate with. Not that I write propaganda pieces or anything, but like any other writer, my own attitudes and worldviews tend to bleed into anything I write from a genuine perspective, and I just do not have the motivation to go against that grain for month or years just to have something to sell for a pittance to people I don't like.
