To clarify, mutants have a generally shit genetic blueprint which was mostly accomplished. Stuntedcels didn't develop, which was caused by a myriad of health problems, otherwise they would look ok and even above 5 in the holy scale. Most of the well known cursed ones are pure mutant ogres, some people might be a terrible mix of both.

Personally, and coping, not developing properly probably saved me from being an ogre. At least now I can shave and get a pedophile sugar mommy in the future.
