I know how to do it but sometimes I get giga depressed episodes where I just stop taking my protein shakes, my diet and everything and just think aobut killing myself or if its even worth it maybe im just wasting my time with this bs.

I am very tired of life, i dont fit in, every time I go outside, I was sitting on some busy street yesterday watching people, I looked like a homelesscel but whatever I just was looking at everybody walking around the city, talking to eachother, i was watching people in caffe shops, in pubs, just chilling, living a regular life, yeah this is so foreign to me never had anything like that and never will.
