I was meditation maxing and self improvement maxing but last few months I have given up and am consooming, and will continue to do so. since vitamin D fixed my pleasure receptors. I will be consooming for years to come and it's the main reason I live for now

I tryed even the oficial fucking Dalai Lama school of my city and not even buddist meditation could make me feel confortable with been alone all day all by myself.
