I don't think anyone claims to be incel only because of small wrists or weird lips, but they are negative traits. Wrist size especially correlates with the rest of your upper body frame. Wrist size is an important and much discussed lookism trait in the bodybuilding/fitness communities but they overestimate the importance of frame anyway.
