Serious Are we all in bubbles?

I have been looking into how Google manipulates search results in order to deliver a more personalized experience to its users, I noticed that this creates bubbles around people, for example, if I search about an X topic, Google most likely will favor results that reinforce my views on the topic, instead of giving organic untampered results that could challenge my views .

That could lead to a wrong perception of the entire scope of the situation, thus creating a bubble. I wonder if this has any play on why people are so polarized and are fighting over stuff like crazy nowadays.

Yes, we could disconnect completely, we could even completely leave society, live in the woods and never have to deal with another human ever again. But we also get a lot of nice things from "playing the game", so we don't do it. At the end of the day, everybody is trying to have their cake and eat it too.

Brothers, I think we are missing the point here. This is not about if we should use ddg or start page or whatever. The point is, we all could be being manipulated, the way this whole thing is set up, small or half truths could be blown into whole absolute ones. The same way we see someone, the someone sees us, but it is all manipulated by the gatekeepers, we can't even trust on our own solo endeavors into research because of this wtf

I prefer to use Bing. They really aren't that better than google in terms of tracking, but their results are way more diverse than the almost exclusively leftist results google tends to return.

Bing is also a much better search engine for porn.
