Yes and Yes, only thing is that I wasn't always ugly, I became ugly after this extreme rejection thinned out my hair, made me gain weight and I stopped taking care of my body overall.

I have very little to no interest in socialising with most people. I do have some friends, so whether I'm "socially inept" is up to debate. If I could retire and move to a small cottage in a forest and become a hermit, I probably would.
I'd say just ugly because I don't have any major mental condition and I'm 100% sure I'd ascend if I was at least 6/10. That said, a lifetime of ugliness will always take its toll on your psyche, so I'm not the best example of NT.

I am not officially diagnosed but the doctor put me on a waiting list for autism test. I think my autism was ignored by teachers because I didn't misbehave at school and did all the school work.
