People say that you can tell someone is one of these coz they give of "Creepy Vibes"

But when you think about it how come most people failed to detect of the creepy vibes of actual offenders until AFTER the deed was done?

How many people honestly thought Epstein was creepy until after he went to jail?

How come Ted Bundy managed to kill so many foids? Shouldn't they have just picked up his creepy vibes?
