I use Sanctioned Suicide to figure out different potential methods, though considering all that I learnt of there isn’t any true reliable painless method unless you want to go down an extremely expensive route since most painless methods also have a good chance of failing.
Even SN with painkillers and sleeping pills has a high enough failure chance to consider whether or not I’ll go through with it (unless you are lucky with a source with pure SN, since I’m UK I haven’t been lucky in that regards) but it’s my most preferred option with a proper source when I do.
Honestly though, I wouldn’t risk potentially altering your mind entirely, inflicting onto yourself numerous health risks and even having permanent disabilities just so you can have less pain. And if just the pain alone of other methods is enough to scare you even a bit then don’t consider it at all.
