In the west we have serious problems with hypergamy, feminism, and promiscuity. But I can't think of another society that handles sexuality in healthy way, either. East Asia has a very high rate of male virginity and suicide, the middle east has problems with pedarasty, and polygamy. I don't know how many incels there are in Africa or South America, but I can't imagine that those places have healthy sexual mores.
