Like going from starting things then giving up to one obstacle and going ‘It’s out of my control’ to having a consistent logical train of thought and always trying to solve problems rather than avoid them.

I’m currently stuck at being lazy victim despite knowing that my issues are fixable

NOT TALKING ABOUT ASCENSION OR INCELDOM THOSE ARE UNFIXABLE

Basically ‘I’m smart but lazy I’ll do it tomorrow’ -> ‘OK I’m doing X rn then later Y and Z’

I went from thinking I was smart but lazy to realizing that I was dumb and lazy when I started working hard and seeing how my results were still shit. Anyway there are many causes for laziness, going from lack of meaning, depression and anxiety to natural laziness itself aka ADHD, so I can't help you.

I need to do things through brute force then habit instead of trying to use logic

Logic feels bad for the emotional soy brain

The few meaningful habits I’ve maintained are only because I do them without thinking.

When I DO muster the energy to do something usually my emotions and mind are completely detached from the actions I’m taking

Yeah, i put my brain on autopilot when on work. It makes time pass faster also.

It seems like the only way to get meaningful shit done is through force. Either some authority orders you around or you dissociate completely and force yourself to take action

I think it’s because we have guaranteed subsistence and safety so no natural pressures keeping us active until it’s too late

It has everything to do with brain chemistry. From my understanding which is limited is that dopamine in the prefrontal cortex allows you to have stronger will. Things that could help you to achieve this are meditation and exercise.
