Maybe a proportion of Asturians, Basques and Galicians would be seen as White by Northern Europeans but people from the rest of Spain Portugal and Italy are not really seen as White by Northern Euro's, even if they won't admit it. For example my Irish relatives on my mothers side would always make fun of my Southern Italian father for being dark and jokingly call him a nigger when he wasn't around.
And many Southern Italians have Norman genetics so on average they are lighter than Southern Spaniards.
