The reason traits you would think women's attractiveness is detrimented by features that are objectively beneficial in the animal kindgdom (i.e higher bone mass.) Is becuase women were designed by natural selection to be extremely energy efficient, thus extra size isn't really nesseccary and can be a detriment, unlike men, they don't have to work and compete to reproduce they just have to stay alive, thus the focus on energy efficiency. However, if a foid has higher bone mass and is taller etc. that indicates good genetics and the access to food to mantain that, which are both good things in the eyes of natural selection, hence why it's not really a take-away from atractiveness either.
