yes but theyre a smaller target
kind of depends on the caliber of bullet too, but generally the only thing it would probably change is whether or not the bullet comes out the other side of you
if youre talking about a 22 or something like that then yeah a little bit, but once you get into decent sized rounds it would make no difference at all
