measure ur height with the shoes you intend on wearing then measure it with the lifts on, first time using them they might feel a little weird but u get used to it, when i used to wear lifts i developed big calloused toes and soles becuz id work with them and go everywhere with them. the sole, or the sole + one section is rly the max u can use without looking goofy. the sole itself gives roughly .7in/1.8cm, after that each section is abt an extra .5in/1.3cm
