I have been treated unfairly and unequally in life and it makes me wonder if I’m entitled to fair and equal treatment or not. Is entitlement objective or subjective? People sound objective when they talk about the concept of entitlement.

Being entitled to something means having a just claim to it. "Just" refers to something being morally good, which comes down to your system of values. Personally, I don't think values are subjective at the root.
But in the end who gives a fuck, the people of our society claim to care about equality and even equity in most other contexts. That they don't in our case has nothing to do with them thinking "people aren't entitled to being treated equally and fairly", it's down to us being part of the out-group.
