I'm not sure if that's even true, but that's irrelevant because it would have only happened at the very end of the war when Germany had already lost. Throughout the course of the war he mostly made good decisions, I can only think of a few bad ones, like waiting for Panther tanks to arrive for the battle of Kursk or not giving Rommel full command of the defense of France, and even these are debatable. Trust me, I am a huge WW2 sperg.

The thing is, you would have to show how that brought about really serious losses for the Germans in a way that could have made them win without his decision making. Which I don't think anyone can.
