Why would you even call east asians incel in general, them being incels only happened fairly recently in the wide scope of things. I'd say turks are hapas (kazakhs, uyghurs etc) and mongols are east asian because most of them have negelgible west eurasian admixture

You do realise modern china was created by the Mongols, 1/3 of all Asians are connected to Genghis khan alone, so about 2 thirds if not all have Mongol lineage. They are the creators of the ricecel
